Cancellation and modification policy
Standard rate
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
If the guest cancels within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of non-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Non-refundable fee
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation.
No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed.
Reservation modifications
Dates may be changed depending on availability, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before arrival.
Price differences between dates will be applied according to the current rate.
The original fare conditions apply to the entire modified booking.
Early departure
Early departure is considered a voluntary cancellation.
Unused nights are non-refundable.
Exceptional causes
In exceptional and duly justified situations, such as serious illness, family emergency or official travel restrictions, the establishment may offer a change of dates at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Refunds
When a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.
The estimated timeframe is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
The specific conditions of the selected fare are shown before confirming the booking and prevail in case of difference.
