Cancellation & Modification Policy

At SG7 / SJ7 we aim to provide clarity and comfort throughout your booking experience.

Our policy follows Spanish consumer regulations and Catalan tourism requirements.

1. Flexible Rate

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 14 days: 50% of the stay will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the reservation amount.

2. Non-Refundable Rate

• This rate cannot be cancelled or modified.

• The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

3. Early Departure

• Considered a voluntary cancellation.

• Unused nights are non-refundable.

4. Modifications

• Subject to availability and current pricing.

• Original rate conditions apply to the entire modified reservation.

5. Force Majeure

In compliance with Spanish Civil Code Art. 1105, cancellations due to:

• official travel restrictions,

• natural disasters,

• serious documented medical emergencies,

may be eligible for a refund.

Each case will be assessed individually.

6. Mandatory Guest Registration

In Catalonia, all guests must complete the identity registration required by Mossos d’Esquadra.

Failure to provide documents may result in denied check-in and a 100% charge, as this remains the guest’s responsibility.

7. Group Bookings & Special Dates

Different conditions may apply to:

• group stays (3+ units),

• long-term stays,

• high-season periods or special events.

8. Refund Method

Refunds are made to the same payment method used at booking.

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
