In the heart of Sant Feliu de Guíxols' historic center, just 250 meters from the beach and the promenade, SJ7 Aparthotel occupies a building dating back to 1900. We undertook a comprehensive renovation, completed at the end of 2025, to restore this century-old house and transform it into seven modern, comfortable, and fully equipped boutique apartments. The project blends the character of the original architecture with contemporary comfort, while maintaining a close connection to the neighborhood, the market, the port, and the daily life of Sant Feliu.
Much more than a beach vacation
Our location makes SJ7 a convenient base for exploring the Costa Brava year-round. Here you can combine relaxation by the Mediterranean with cycling, hiking, trail running, triathlon, open water swimming, water sports, culture, and gastronomy.
Cycling and major international events. Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a certified destination for road cycling tourism and regularly hosts the Gran Salida of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya, one of the oldest stage races on the international calendar and part of the UCI WorldTour. The Volta atmosphere is right on our doorstep. The town is also the terminus of the Carrilet Greenway, connecting to Girona and Olot, and offers road, gravel, and mountain bike routes through the Baix Empordà, Les Gavarres, and the Ardenya massif.
Hiking, the Camí de Ronda coastal path, and trail running. The Camí de Ronda and the GR-92 long-distance trails run along the Sant Feliu coastline, passing coves, cliffs, and viewpoints overlooking the Mediterranean. Nearby are the Ardenya and Gavarres trails, as well as the Cala del Molí maritime via ferrata. Sant Feliu is also the finish line for the Oxfam Intermón Trailwalker, which arrives in the city following the Vía Verde (Greenway) from Olot.
Triathlon, swimming, and Ironman. The city hosts the Sant Feliu de Guíxols Triathlon, considered the oldest sprint triathlon in Catalonia, and open water swimming events such as Marnaton and the traditional Sant Feliu Crossing. Its marked swimming lanes, coastal roads, and running routes make the area an excellent place to train for triathlons and prepare for long-distance challenges, including Ironman.
Sea, adventure, and culture. In Sant Feliu, you can enjoy kayaking, paddle surfing, sailing, windsurfing, wingfoiling, scuba diving, snorkeling, and coasteering. And when your activities are over, the town offers a local market, seafood cuisine, the Benedictine monastery, and the Porta Ferrada Festival, Catalonia's oldest music, theater, and dance festival.
