The bathroom is open-plan, with a walk-in shower and adapted fixtures, providing easy access without doors or barriers. All doorways are widened for wheelchair access, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay for every guest.

• Online check-in is required before arrival (as per Catalan regulations). • Tourist tax (Impuesto turístico) is not included in the price and will be charged upon arrival. • The building does not have an elevator. The apartment is accessible by stairs. • Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. • Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00. • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. • Pets are not allowed (unless previously agreed). • Late check-in may be available upon request. • For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

For cycling enthusiasts, the famous Via Verde route to Girona starts just a few blocks away.
